Dumpton Gap is a charming, semi-secluded neighbourhood in Broadstairs, nestled between the town and Ramsgate. Here's what gives it its unique appeal:

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated, light airy and clean. Beds were comfy as was the furniture. Fixtures and fittings were of a high standard.
Few items would have been really helpful in the kitchen such as a few baking tins, a bread knife and a clothes rack for drying. Other than that absolutely brilliant. Check in was very easy via the lockbox but 4pm was late for check in and 10am was very early for check out, especially for a Sunday. Our group had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, it proximity to Broadstairs and the stunning sea view. The location is a perfect base and is very quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This is our fourth (fifth?) stay with Seastay, but the first at Goodwin's View. A lovely few days, with wonderful views out to sea and a modern, comfortable flat (and a super-comfy mattress). The beach is a 5-10 minute walk, depending on how keen you are. Both Broadstairs and Ramsgate are a slightly longer walk away, but easy to do. Or an easy drive if you're in a hurry. It was great to switch off properly, and I'm sure we'll be back. Take a look at Luna's View, which is the upstairs apartment. Just as nice, with an even broader view but no back garden. Both are great, take your pick!

Completely loved our stay.
Could not have been more accommodating for us. House is absolutely beautiful. Nice and quite and perfect location. Plenty of parking spaces too.
We will return.
Only (small) negative - can you please put a lock on the main bathroom door.

Immaculate flat with stunning sea views across a private garden. Spacious bedrooms, high quality frnishings, spotlessly clean. The location is superb, being a few mins from a quieter beach than Viking Bay. But a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Broadstairs and Ramsgate too. We stayed with our two teenagers and there was more than enough personal space for loafing around. It's a very peaceful spot. Absolutely wonderful.
