Very disappointing stay.
The hotel staff seemed unaware of our online booking upon arrival, which immediately created confusion. Despite clearly booking a non-smoking room, we were initially offered a three-bedroom smoking room, even though two-bedroom rooms were apparently vacant. The room provided had damaged bed sheets with cigarette burns.
Ventilation is a serious issue — the bathrooms have no ventilation at all, and most rooms lack proper airflow. Only rooms facing the Zudio side appear to have windows, and even those were broken.
Safety is another major concern. Rooms along the balcony near the lift area are easily accessible through the windows. It felt unsafe, as anyone could potentially enter from the balcony.
Cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. The rooms had no TV, broken mirrors, damaged bathroom fittings, and poor overall upkeep.
Most concerning was witnessing a staff member urinating openly on the balcony area, which is visible from room windows. When this was reported to the receptionist, she did not seem surprised but eventually agreed to change our room.
It also felt like the hotel is uncomfortable with online bookings and advance payments (especially through platforms like Agoda with coupons). It gave the impression that guests who pay directly may receive better rooms.
Overall, I regret booking here and would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made.
