    The staff was really RUDE, except for the cleaning lady(who was really sweet Burmese). I think the rest were super lazy n didnt want to do anything at all. 1st the lady at the *** + *** at the bar refused to even help carrying my suitcase upstairs. This is the only hostel in thailand who said No. They also had men as staff. It's actually the way they declined! So Impolite! Then when we got back from an island tour there was NO WATER IN THE SHOWER/BATHROOM. They DID NOT even Apologize. Literally we were waiting in the shower. They didn't care or communicate. We had to go down multiple times. 1st they said 30 mins. Next time 1 hour. When I asked again they were so efing RUDE, they asked to VACATE and find another place!! I couldn't believe their mannerism! Every hostel has some problems, but if the staff are polite about it, people forget it. But these pople were UNBELIEVABLE! extremely impolite and inconsiderate! There was no drinking water, no shower gel or shampoo, no coffee, hand wash was 95% water. Only positive was the place was clean n had lots of washrooms but broken tissue rolls.
