    This is a very good hotel to stay with family. Good facilities with spacious rooms and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend it for families with kids to stay and take full advantage of the facilities.

    I have been there for 1 Night 2 days. Let me share some points with you. 1. If you are a localitee, you need to submit the proof of your marriage, which is very ridiculous. 2. They don't offer any welcome drink and nobody welcomes you with a smile. Poor hospitality. 3. The front desk operator is not keen to provide any details until asked. 4. The game zone is very poorly maintained and AC was not working properly. 5. The food was good but very expensive. 6. The breakfast was very tasty and warm. Great! 7. The transfer from resort to home is very tough. They helped us in reaching our home. 8. Swimming pool was well maintained. Overall: Average experience.
