11 rooms 12 beds 11580 sqft large house nearby airport

Host was extremely welcoming and met us on site the first day to show us around. We had ample space to conduct our retreat training and we will most likely use the space again in the future if it's available. We did have to order extra paper towels and toilet paper (but we later found out that a previous guest hid all the toilet paper in one bathroom under the sink). The cleanliness was tolerable. It wasn't horribly dirty but it wasn't squeaky clean either. We did have issues with how black our socks were after walking on the wood floors. But we had not problem mopping to fix this. We didn't go in and out, we stayed inside so it wasn't an issue of tracking in dirt (it's cold outside so we had everything delivered instead of leaving the premises). This is minor stuff. We had a slight issue with the resolution in the theatre room, its a projector and all the table lamps were essentially decorative and not there for actual light. I just know to bring additional light sources when I stay again! Thanks for the amazing space.

This home was very spacious and the property manager was very attentive and showed us great hospitality in this home..this home provided more than enough room for my 20 guest!! i’m already considering rebooking for my bday in April! Don’t sleep on this home and the price is manageable…

The house was exactly like the pictures. Very large and impressive. The only house that was large enough to accommodate our group. Everything was clean and I working order. The owner was TOP NOTCH!!!!He was accommodating. Friendly. He checked on us before, during and her arrived at check out time just to make sure we were able to communicate directly with him.

The host was very responsive, the size of the property was perfect for what we needed and was a beautiful place to host family and friends with ample parking. While beautiful, it needs some TLC and was not clean. The closests are not inhabitable, the floors were not cleaned throughout, some of the linen we had to wash before using the beds, the kitchen while looked nice, was not clean…opened food from previous guests still there. The outdoor space is beautiful but the patio downstairs leading to the pool was not usable unless you wanted to clean it up to use. I would stay at the property again for an event but if you are looking for a place to come, relax and enjoy just with family…this is not that place.
