About this villa rental
Modern luxury Villa situated atop a small hill offering stunning views of the Mar Menor from the large swimming pool terrace and the Mediterranean from the front. Located within the Calblanque National Park, the villa is a haven of peacefulness with beautiful coves a fifteen minute walk away and the long stretch of the award winning Calblanque beach a ten minute drive. A private 250msq villa with four ensuite bedrooms, modern kitchen, ample dining and living room areas and a games room downstairs with pool table, table tennis and darts amongst others. The swimming pool uses a salt system, not chlorine, so is much kinder to the skin. It is 12mx6m with a huge private terrace which two of the bedrooms open onto including the master bedroom with has it's own seating area. The surrounding countryside is ideal for long walks or mountain biking for the more adventurous. Stables are nearby for riding as is the La Manga club for golfing. The Mar Menor offers opportunities for a wide variety of water sports including excellent scuba diving.

From the very start of communication with the hosts, this was an amazing experience. Wonderful property - incredible views, very comfortable beds, so much space and everything thought of. The location itself is so special - at the end of a track with fabulous walks from the property. The pool is beautiful and Carmen and Gines who help the host with logistics locally are very responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend this highly enough. The local town has restaurants and bars and a little churros van. We even had to use the local GPs which was very easy to sort. Close to Caragena for history; close to Spanish civil war batterias if you want to off the beaten track military history. Close to all kinds of beaches - remote and windswept or touristy; whatever you choose.

This was our second stay here. The villa is spacious. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We spent most days by the pool which has amazing views! The villa is on heigh ground so has a cooling breeze. It’s remote so very private but within minutes (by car) to Los Balones. Needless to say we had a lovely relaxing time.

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in August. We were 4 adults, a teen and a 6 year old child. There was plenty of space in the villa. The games room was perfect and the large swimming pool enjoyed by everyone. Los Balones a short drive and plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you value privacy this is a perfect location.

Belle demeure...mais 5 fourchettes pour 8 personnes, une clim qui fuit dans une chambre, la vaisselle pas propre, pas d'ombre possible sur la terrasse ( l'achat de parasols serait intéressant !)... dommage car très fort potentiel ! Très Calme et vue magnifique !
Le propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions, la prestataire sur place en revanche a fait le minimum...
