๐ The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. ๐ซ๐บ Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not permitted to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. ๐ถ Children are allowed in the hot tub only when accompanied by a parent or guardian and must be supervised at all times. โ ๏ธ Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
๐ฅ Depending on the Local Laws and if there is a ๐ซ Burn Ban imposed on any day by the local government, The outdoor firepit Will be shut down till the Burn Ban is lifted - it's an area standard!
๐ซ๐ Pets are not allowed, including emotional support animals. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
โฐ No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
๐งฝ Our cleaners provide starter sets of single-use shampoo and bar soap, sponge, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom. You may want to bring extra of these depending upon your length of stay.
๐ชต We do not provide firewood for the firepit and Charcoal for the grill. It is sold at several locations close to the cabin. We would recommend that you bring fire starter logs. It makes everything easier.
๐ PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is Ladybugs, Stink Bugs, and in the summer, Palmetto Bugs season. These little guys in the Smokies are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin, and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that our cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned before and after your stay, including bug removal. However, these bugs come back right away, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.
