Welcome to Pontenx-Les-Forges, to this charming vacation home located in the heart of the Landes region. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it can accommodate up to four people and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and the ocean.

The inviting living room is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Two inviting bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, provide optimal rest. The bathroom is functional and the toilet is separate for added comfort.
Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a pleasant garden for relaxing. Two parking spaces are available. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by pine forests typical of the Landes region, with numerous nearby cycle paths that allow you to explore the region at your own pace. The ocean and the beautiful beaches of Mimizan are only a 20-minute drive away, perfect for days spent swimming, surfing, or relaxing.
