About this apartment rental
This walk-through flat is located on the 1st floor of the ‘boulevard Martinique’ residence in Cap Coudalère. It comprises a living room with a large open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with a shower room and WC. A large terrace gives you the chance to relax and enjoy a superb view of the marina, the Etang de Salses-Leucate and the Canigou, with or without snow depending on the season.
Well-renovated, the flat has all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday.
This flat comes with 2 parking spaces at the rear of the residence.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
The Place de la Martinique is just a 1-minute walk away.
There's a bakery/sandwich shop, tobacconist/newsagent, launderette, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours, and a Carrefour Express supermarket.
Markets, concerts and shows also liven up the square in season.
Communal areas
Your rental gives you access to the following facilities
- an aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25 m swimming pool, a 15 m pool where you can practise aquagym and aquabike during the summer season and, last but not least, a water playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival. The small pool is open from April to October.
- sports pitches: multi-sports pitch, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque area and a half grass football pitch.
- an outdoor fitness area
- a dining area with connected barbecue.
On the La Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play in complete safety, as cars are kept outside.
Here, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will appreciate the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older children and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.
The O' BUENA VISTA restaurant overlooks the beach and pond, and is open all year round.
2 km away (30 minutes on foot), accessible via a wooded path, long, beautiful beaches await you.
