The former residence of a leather glove manufacturer, built during the Roaring Twenties, was meticulously restored between 2018 and 2022 and awarded the Federal Prize for Craftsmanship in Historic Preservation.

The cozy ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 people—ideal for couples, families, or business travelers. It features its own terrace right in the beautiful courtyard and a private parking space. A short walk across the property toward the vineyard takes you to an idyllic spot on the banks of the Ihle River.
