About this villa rental
Welcome to Dundarragh Lodge. Quietly nestled on the banks of the River Bann. Set in the middle of Ireland’s spectacular North Coast. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Set on 14 acres, sleeping up to 24 in complete comfort. Situated only 12 minutes from Dunluce Castle, Bushmills, Portstewert & Portrush. Providing the ideal setting for time spent with family & friends. With our extensive outdoor spaces and stunning grounds. We can also host larger events.and weddings and provide a marquee service.
The house comprises of seven bedrooms, all furnished in a unique and homely style where your comfort and convenience are paramount. High-quality bed linen and towels are provided and add to the luxury feel of your stay.
There is an open-plan kitchen/living room which is fully equipped with a range of amenities including an AGA cooker and a premium De Longhi coffee machine so you can self-cater in style.
The living room, with its large apex window and unrivalled views over the River Bann, provides the perfect location for rest and relaxation. The double glass doors open onto the patio where you will find plenty of outdoor seating ideal for entertaining.
There are further living areas each with their own beautiful aspect on the views, providing ample space to serve larger groups.

The house is situated on an elevated site set on fourteen acres, offering unrivalled views of the stunning surroundings.
We have a barbecue and extensive outdoor seating areas to the rear of the property. Our fire pit and fairy-lit pergola provide the perfect space for sitting out beneath the stars.

*Things to do*
If you prefer a more active break, the River Bann hosts many watersport activities. There are also a number of parks and walkways in the vicinity, perfect for a range of adventures, not to mention the proximity to some of Ireland’s most picturesque beaches.
For the keen golfer, Dundarragh Lodge is located within easy reach to the world-famous Royal Portrush Golf Club, home of The Open 2019 and 2025. Portstewart Golf Club, Castlerock Golf Club, Ballycastle Golf Club and Gracehill Golf Club are also on our doorstep and provide some of the best golf courses that Ireland has to offer.
For tourists, the world-famous Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery and Dunluce Castle are all within close proximity to the house and are well worth a visit.
The renowned Dark Hedges, made famous by Game of Thrones, can be found just twenty minutes away. Come and see one of the most photographed phenomena in Northern Ireland!

Open fires are not permitted on the premises except in the fire pit area.
Smoking inside, lighting candles or leaving the stove or fire place unattended while lit is prohibited.
Avoid tampering with any of the safety devices such as CCTV, appliances, alarms or extinguishers.
Throws/covers are to be kept on sofas at all times to help with reducing the risk of damage. As are mattress protection covers etc.
Take the utmost care when using the stoves, around the flue, or handling flammable material such as logs for the hot tub.
This and all communication with the host is through the booking account holder unless of emergency.
Photo ID is required to verify age & guest numbers both during your stay and during check in. Remote cctv to help speed up check in.
Safety precautions must be undertaken around water at all times including alcohol and using the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub without another guest present. Please do not enter the river.
In the event of an emergency please call 999.

Lovely home, great location and the view is gorgeous. We rented the house for our friends and family to join us for our wedding. The layout was perfect and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Booked for my sisters hen party and the property did not disappoint. Stunning house, beautiful gardens and view. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. He also left a gift for my sister, such a thoughtful thing to do. All the girls loved the property and some have taken details to book again. Would recommend for any get together or event.
