Pros- staffs were very helpful, kind. Restaurant opens til 10pm and food is good save trouble to find for food at night. Room was clean with sofa coffee table and dressing table I liked it. Nice ambience .Daily 500mlx2 water bottles supplied, though I wish it was at least 1L but this is ok . Cons- I stayed 8nights, everyday I will need to get my room card activated at the reception, something not mentioned but good to be aware of. Breakfast is minimalist if you are not fuss about it and just need to grab something then its ok. No minibar in my room, iron I have to ask for one. Despite putting a sign do not disturb, on the 3rd day I noticed my bed was made and water bottles cleared. I only voluntarily asked for room cleaning once during my stay on the 5th day. I can hear ppl from next room clearly, one night there were loud music coming ? nearby club , another night a group of guys next room were chatting away whole night loudly that I had to put on my noise cancelling earbuds to catch some sleep! My verdict- I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels in Kerala, Chennai as a comparison this place did not meet my minimum standard.

As regular guests who visit LVPEI twice a year, we choose this hotel solely for its location near the hospital. Sadly, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly over time. The rooms are now worn out, and the breakfast selection is extremely limited with very few options. The staff is just average. We hope management takes steps to improve.
