Built in 1956, 2148 square feet located on a little over an acre. Ranch style home with a layout that allows privacy for all. Two wood burning fireplaces inside, large living room. Dining room and second smaller dining space in kitchen. Experience nature but only minutes away from town and freeways for easy commute. Listen to the crickets and frogs at night. Separate living space setup as studio/bedroom with separate entrance OR access from inside home at laundry room. Kitchen includes all appliances, even small appliances, and all utensils as well as pots and pans. Extremely kid friendly home, or great for just the adults too!
