About this villa rental
Ideally located on the beautiful Baan Tai beach and surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Sunshine Residence consists of 3 private and comfortable villas, all tastefully decorated.
Sunshine Residence is peaceful and quiet while being conveniently close to many local and Western restaurants, supermarkets, massage salons, sport activities and the island city center. The location is perfect to discover the island.
The villa has small pool attach to sea view balcony, only 20 meters from our private beach.

A perfect mix and match of indoor and outdoor spaces only a few steps away from the beach !
The studio house with mezzanine is an atypical 2 bedroom house designed over 3 split levels.
You'll find a homely South-East Asian touch with tasteful artisanal decor.
Comfortable living room with Smart TV, AC and fiber optic WiFi.
Fully equipped and covered outdoor kitchen with a lovely garden ! Enjoy your morning coffee or a nice cooked dinner in the outdoor kitchen/dining area. Hear the birds and smell the flowers and get the true tropical feeling.
The guests can also enjoy the private sala with fan in the garden of the property.
Idyllic for a romantic getaway, families with children, nature lovers or people who just want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.
Facilities include:
-direct access to the beach
- bedroom 1: one king size bed with AC
- bedroom 2: consists of an extra bed on the mezzanine level (AC available)
- one bathroom with a shower, one sinks, vanity mirror and WC
- bedroom 3: consists of an extra double bed on the base level (AC available)
- fiber optic WiFi
- private sala with fan in the garden to relax or work from your computer
- fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, oven, electric kettle, fridge, and all utensils
- outdoor dining room
- cozy living room with Smart TV
- air conditioning
- parking space for scooters & bikes (only two parking spots available for a car, on a "first come first served basis" - extra cars have to park on the main road, at 1 min walk from the property)
- cleaning every 4 days
- sheets and towels changed every four days
- transfer to and from the pier (no extra charge)
- help with excursions, car rental and motorcycle rental
- we have outdoor security cameras monitoring the front door of the property, beach entry, parking and the pool.
