The house is elegant, slightly rustic, clean and airy, with a monumental 2-story central stone fireplace. It's 2200 square feet with 3.5 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Exceedingly quiet and peaceful, in this retreat space you can open a window and hear birdsong, or walk outside and often see wildlife such as red-tailed hawks, along with plentiful elk and deer. Every room has windows with majestic views. Cellular shades in the sunroom bedroom let you modulate the famous Colorado sunshine. A flagstone patio area, with table and chairs, creates an ideal outdoor space to soak in the sun.

Upstairs, the house has 2 medium-sized bedrooms, (1 of them can be configured as a dedicated office or as a bedroom) and a small bedroom with a twin bed, perfect for a kid. A sunroom on the first floor serves as a large bedroom, with desk and office space.

All utilities included, including excellent high-speed Internet. Generally prefer a single, couple, or family with kids. Open to a group with up to 4 people. No pets. Private parking at door. Washer and dryer. You will have 2 neighbors, both a couple hundred yards away, who are longtime Estes Park locals and happy to welcome you and provide tips and guidance to enhance your stay.
