In Villersexel: canoeing and kayaking base, Acro Pitchoun. Accrocime Park in Thiénans. Lake Bonnal 13 km (swimming), Lake Vaivre 25 km (sailing, fishing, walking, Ludolac water park, etc.). Golf course in Bournel (12 km). Fishing enthusiasts can fully enjoy the Ognon Valley river... Nearby are the medieval castle of Oricourt and the priory of Marast. 2 km from Villersexel, a small, characterful Comtoise town with shops and services.

In an unfenced park, the charm of a country house with a covered terrace and a chalet for bicycles and strollers... Fully restored, it will bring serenity with its warm, colorful, and refined interior. The "La Charmille" cottage is a pretty, detached house, not overlooked, offering on the ground floor: an entrance hall with a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV lounge, a double bedroom (1 double bed) and its bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet). Upstairs, there is one bedroom with one double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (90/200 twin beds), and one bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet).
Outdoors: Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private grounds.
Charges not included: Stove, wood €30 per week. Electric heating (8 kWh included per day). Beyond that, 0.25 cents/kwh.
Sheets included and beds made upon arrival. A bedroom and private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) are located on the ground floor. A separate toilet with a washbasin is located in the entrance hall.
The keys will be given to you by the owner upon arrival.
