About this cottage rental
In the heart of the Haute-Saône countryside, 20 minutes from Vesoul and 15 minutes from the spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains, in a very quiet village, this semi-detached house, dating from 1823, is fully renovated and well-insulated, staying cool in summer.
Numerous walking and cycling trails start from the village (5 bicycles available). Nearby: the spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains, the Vesoul water park, canoe rentals in Conflans-sur-Lanterne, the Plateau des Mille Étangs (Plateau of a Thousand Ponds), and numerous summer activities: international folklore festival, concerts, open-air cinema, local markets, etc.

Ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, and espresso machine.
- A dining area.
- A living room with a sofa bed (which can be used as an extra bed), television, pellet stove, and direct access to the garden.
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
- One bedroom with three 90 cm single beds and an adjoining shower room with toilet.
Outside:
- Two terraces, one at the front of the house and the other at the rear, overlooking an enclosed 800 m² garden (1.50 m high wall and fencing), equipped with a large stone barbecue, garden furniture, a ping-pong table, and bicycles.
