About this cottage rental
In the heart of the Vosges-Saônoise region, an ideal location for nature lovers seeking tranquility. Numerous hiking and walking opportunities await on the Plateau des Mille Étangs (Plateau of a Thousand Ponds), and in winter, fishing, skiing, and sledding are available. Sights include the neo-Gothic Saint-Brice Chapel, numerous stone crosses (17th and 18th centuries), and the presbytery's flower garden. Mountain biking and cycling routes are also available. Located 3 km from the village, in the heart of the Vosges Saônoises and the Plateau des Mille Étangs, it is ideally situated for nature enthusiasts and close to the spa town of Luxeuil-les-Bains (12 km).
The gîte is a detached house converted from a former granary, comprising on the ground floor: a living room/equipped kitchen (convection oven with pizza function), and a shower room/WC.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm) - 1 single bed (80/120 cm, suitable for a child), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm) - 1 single bed (80/120 cm, suitable for a child) - 1 cot. Private, unfenced lawned garden with trees, offering views of the surrounding countryside and forest. Garage.
Utilities not included: electric central heating. Wood-burning fireplace (insert).
This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
