You will have a fully equipped private kitchen with a traditional filter coffee maker and espresso machine, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, private TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. There is reversible heating with remote control, an electric radiator in the bathroom, a baby cot, as well as shared toys and books for children at your disposal.



Outside, enjoy a shared garden with an outdoor pool, your own uncovered private terrace, and a private barbecue for evening meals. The secure and peaceful setting ensures you a calm and relaxing stay.



A shared parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed to preserve the tranquility of the place. The accommodation is attached to the owners’ house but remains completely independent, with discreet and attentive presence if needed.



The villa is 1 km from the historic center of Sommières, a lively medieval town crossed by the Vidourle river, known for its traditional market, cobbled streets, and old Roman bridge. Mediterranean beaches are 35 km away, while Nîmes and Montpellier, both rich in history and events, are 30 km away. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, or horse riding, with many trails and vineyards nearby. Bed linen is available for an extra fee, but beds are not made on arrival. Bath towels are not provided.
