About this house rental
this is our second home on VRBO but our first time renting it. our other home is in New Hampshire and has a huge number of five star reviews. This Carlsbad location is our personal home, this is not your typical investment rental. Spectacular brand new kitchen and wood floors with a full Thermador kitchen. We're looking for 30-day renters, that's the minimum our HOA will allow, anytime between middle April and late August. Our home away from home in Carlsbad with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This luxury home is in a gated Aviara community, adjacent to the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. The home features a spectacular master bedroom suite with fireplace, 2 twin beds in the first floor bedroom, and 1 full bed with twin trundle in the second floor bedroom and a queen size blowup mattress. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. With 3 bathrooms offering both showers and bathtubs, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room provides an additional space with a cozy queen bed for extra comfort. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and brand new front load electrolux washer and dryer during your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
