With 22 m², it features a 160×200 cm double bed and a 90×200 cm single bed, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
The room also includes a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bathtub, sink, hairdryer, and separate toilet.
Enjoy a calm, comfortable space to recharge in the heart of the Périgord.
Please note: An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. A shared washing machine is also available for an extra fee.
Welcome to our guest house in the heart of the Périgord Noir!
Located in Proissans, a charming village in the southeast of the Dordogne, our guest house is just a few minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat-La-Canéda, a true gem of the Périgord Noir.
We offer 4 comfortable and well-appointed guest rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay as a couple or with family.
You’ll enjoy free access to our shared saltwater pool, which is open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather. The pool is shared with our holiday cottages and is fully secured.
Breakfast is included and served daily from 8:30 to 10:00 AM in our stone dining room or on the terrace during summer. Each morning, we prepare homemade specialties such as pastries, yogurts, and jams, along with fresh bread, croissants, hot drinks, and fruit juice — a hearty way to start the day!
Please note: the house is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
