Great communication from Stays York. We were advised that we could check in earlier than 4pm, which was brilliant.
The house was a little way out from the Centre, but easily walkable. Ubers were pretty cheap however. House was clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. We were able to park just outside the house which was an added bonus. Beds and pillows were comfy, the bed maybe a little narrow for the average single, but copeable! All linen and towels were clean and fresh.
The house itself was a little smaller than anticipated but as we were only there to sleep and relax in the evening, was fine for the 3 of us. The heating worked fine, and there was hot water! There was a little welcome pack with tea, coffee etc, but as we brought our own too, all was good. The bathroom is downstairs, which, not a problem for us, may be an issue for some!
All in all a great stay. Thank you so much.
