Charming historic downtown home featuring a queen bed in a spacious loft, two additional bedrooms with two full beds and a twin trundle, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large deck, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a cozy dining nook. A hidden kids’ play closet adds fun. Walk to the Andrew Johnson Homestead, tailor shop museum, Nathaniel Greene Museum, Car Museum, General Morgan Inn, Dickson-Williams Mansion, and Elmer T. Cox Library. Perfect base for exploring the Smokies, Asheville, Bristol, and more. Iris House is a cheerful, character-filled home with plenty of thoughtful touches and room to relax. Officially, the house can sleep up to 7 guests, with one queen bed in the spacious loft, two full beds in separate bedrooms, and a twin trundle bed tucked beneath one of them. While it can comfortably accommodate families or small groups, we recommend that adult guests consider the bed arrangements and layout to ensure the space suits their needs. It’s a cozy, flexible home—perfect for a restful stay right in the heart of historic Greeneville. MAINTENANCE NOV 2nd-5th. Please excuse inconvenience. Guests have full, private access to the entire home—this is not a shared space. You’ll have the house, deck, and all amenities to yourselves throughout your stay. Entry is easy and secure with a coded lock—no need to coordinate key pickup. Iris House is set up for comfort and ease, whether you’re here to relax or explore historic downtown Greeneville. We loved our stay at the Iris House! It had everything we needed and was walking distance to the beautiful downtown area, as well as our family that we were in town visiting. Thank you for your space, and we hope to be back soon!

Decor was magical, amenities bountiful, host was easily accessible and quick to respond
One small negative: Front porch entry could use cleaning along with fresh paint & mow yard for a better initial mpression.

A grab bar in the bathtub/shower would make it much easier to get in & out. We also had trouble finding the silverware in the kitchen - finally found all of it in the dishwasher! A nice place but better suited for younger folks!
