Designed over multiple levels, this comfortable home is ideal for families, professionals, or groups seeking space, connectivity, and convenience just moments from Deakin University and transport links to the CBD.

Ideally situated in Burwood, the townhouse is a short walk to the 75 tram line (Starling St stop), connecting you directly to Central Pier Docklands and Camberwell Junction. It’s also just a 2-minute drive to Burwood Brickworks, one of Melbourne’s most sustainable shopping precincts, offering restaurants, groceries, cinema and retail. Deakin University Burwood Campus is also nearby, making this a perfect stay for visiting academics or students.

*Note* This is a multi-level townhouse with internal stairs across four levels. Guests should be comfortable with stair access during their stay.

This home offers three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a guest powder room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious living and dining area with a smart TV and WiFi. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of split system heating and cooling in the master bedroom and open living area, as well as a secure double garage for off-street parking.
