Welcome to your peaceful getaway!
Primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom
Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed
All bedrooms include Smart TVs, nightstands, lamps, and closets
Bathrooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Massive porch with rocking chairs and scenic views of trees and greenery
No garage access, but plenty of parking in the carport or driveway
Property sits on a 1-acre lot with neighbors on either side—peaceful but not fully secluded
2. Parking & Arrival Info
No access to garage
Guests may park under the carport or in the driveway
Plenty of space for multiple vehicles, RV, or boat
Please be respectful of neighbors’ driveways and property lines
3. Pets & Neighbor Info
We are pet-friendly!
Dog water and food bowls provided
Please clean up after your pets
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside the home
Neighbor dogs may bark briefly on arrival but are safely contained within an electric fence
Do not approach or feed neighbor pets
4. House Rules & Guest Safety
For the comfort and safety of everyone:
No smoking or vaping inside the home
No parties or events allowed
Pets allowed (please follow pet guidelines; must be included on reservation)
Fire pit use is at your own risk (bring your own firewood; location may shift to allow mowing)
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM
Do not climb fences or attempt to access neighboring properties
Familiarize yourself with the location of the fire extinguisher and first aid kit

Use at your own risk
Never leave a fire unattended
Fully extinguish the fire before leaving
Do not burn trash or hazardous materials
Supervise children at all times
