Vacation apartment for 4 people, 46 m², in Seebad Bansin (270493)

In the seaside resort of Bansin, on the border with Heringsdorf, the Neue Villa Ernst (newly built in 2009) is located in the second row of buildings and features just 5 residential units. The fine-sand beach and the picturesque Schloonsee are just a few steps away. On the spacious property, next to the Neue Villa Ernst, stands the lovingly restored “Villa Ernst,” built in 1908 by the well-known publisher Georg Ernst.

This 46-square-meter, two-room ground-floor apartment is suitable for two adults and two children. It is comfortably furnished and features a south/west-facing terrace. The living room features a cozy sitting area that also serves as a sleeping area for up to 2 people (sleeping surface 150 x 190), as well as a TV, radio, and CD and DVD players. The dining area for 4 people and the fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, etc.—are also integrated into the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), ample closet space, and an additional TV. The spacious bathroom with a window features a shower with a real glass enclosure as well as a sink and toilet. There is a lockable storage area for bicycles on the property.
