Check-in was a little chaotic because info was not sent ahead of the 3pm check-in. By the time I got check-in information, I had to be at an event and wasn’t able to check-in until after 8pm. Host was responsive and helpful within 30 minutes, but a smoother check-in process would have improved the experience.I was also unable to access the garage for parking because a previous guest had not returned the parking pass properly. I was instructed to pick it up from the front desk. By the time I was able to check-in there was no one staffing the front desk to give me the garage pass.I wish I had realized that checking in after 6pm would need more coordination. Or, that I had the information ahead of the 3pm check-in time so that I could have checked in before a wedding event at 4pm and avoided the late check-in situation all together.Space was clean and looked like photos in posting. WiFi access was good.
