About this campground/ rv resort rental
Nestled in the foothills of NE Tennessee, this delightful 27 ft recreational vehicle offers a serene escape for guests. With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, and additional living spaces including a bunk bed, futon, and sofa bed, this awesome rental provides a comfortable stay. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, BBQ Grill and Fire Pit during your visit. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Greeneville, Rogersville, Kingsport and our recreational vehicle has to offer.
We are set on 50 acres but do have other vacation property on our farm. This RV sits with 4 other RV units but is very secluded. A few things to note, we are very rural. The nearest services are 5 miles away. We live on a working farm like setting you will see us out and about at times working. We make sure to keep any loud working between the hours of 8am-8pm. Our water is sourced from a well. We have a whole system water filtration and softener but can still get some of the Sulphur smell at times. Last but not least, we live in the country, there are bugs, we try to spray regularly around the cabin and the RV sites, but you will see a lot of bugs in the summer. Some not so fun, but the fireflies will not disappoint.

This is a lovely location, peaceful and beautiful. We saw wild turkey, and deer each day. The bed was quite comfortable and the unit was big enough for us to be comfortable moving around each other. Our Hosts were very responsive and addressed questions quickly and with kindness and curiosity to ensure our stay was perfect.
