Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking (2 for use during your stay) or just swimming off your own private dock or enjoying the two nearby sandy beaches. Enjoy your nights sitting by the fire pit and soaking up the beautiful lake sunsets in this expansive backyard. The location can’t be beat with downtown Laconia minutes away. Nestled between Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam. Just 15 minutes to Gunstock mountain and 10 minutes to the famous Weirs Beach. Skiing, hiking, boating, restaurants, shops, spa you name it…there is something for everyone, all within a very short drive. This house boasts 3,700 sq ft of air conditioned/heated space, with plenty of activities for children including foosball, ping pong, board games and books. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. This is a 4 bedroom 3 queen (one is a queen over queen trundle) and a bunk room twin over full with trundle twin pull out).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Opechee Bay. The house was comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Nothing beat a morning cup of coffee on the dock looking out over the lake. Andrea, the host, was so easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!

This property was pretty much perfect, everything we wanted was right there. From kitchen utensils to make Sunday morning pancakes, to readily available wood for the fire pit. Every need was anticipated. The lake was serene. We enjoyed dining on the back deck and viewing the beautiful sunsets. Even the corgis enjoyed swimming off the dock. Would definitely go back.
