Pinecroft Annex, a single-storey cottage, consists of a studio-style living space including a double bed, a kitchen with combi microwave/oven, 2-ring portable hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, and ironing board, a dining room with seating for two guests, and a sitting room with TV. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, handheld shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture, a side patio area with furniture, and off-road parking on the driveway for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Return year after year to Pinecroft Annex. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100 GBP. Note: Dogs are welcome to enjoy the owner's enclosed lawned garden.
