Maison Champignon is a charming 3BR/1BA getaway with a warm French-Country feel, nestled in the heart of St. Charles historic Frenchtown district.
The first and second rooms feature plush and incredibly comfortable king beds - perfect for families or groups who want to spread out comfortably.
The first room has a sofa to lounge on and the second room has a dedicated workspace and unique bar that houses all the wine glasses you may need.
Upstairs, a cozy loft offers two twin beds plus a dedicated workspace for remote work or journaling over coffee.

Step outside to your private, fenced-in backyard and patio ideal for enjoying wine at sunset or letting the kids and pups play.
This house sits on Second street which has one of the best coffee shops - Course Coffee - in all of St. Charles and the highly rated La Belle Vie for breakfast and brunch.
It's also a few blocks away from Main Street's coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, and riverfront paths, putting the best of St. Charles right at your doorstep.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
