LOCATION: You’ll be located just minutes from Downtown Cleveland, the Lake, as well as Cleveland's most trendy up and coming neighborhoods where all all the locals go to hangout!
You'll be minutes away from award-winning restaurants, bars, and unique little shops!
+ a quick ride from all of Cleveland’s major attractions downtown!

You will have full access to the entire house minus the basement. The basement is unfinished and is used for storage. We also lock off one closet near the kitchen for our cleaners to keep their supplies.
The house is yours to enjoy with an easy self checkin process 🙂.
Free parking is available in the driveway as well as the street.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, we love hosting small events and get togethers, however we do have a very strict No Party policy and quite hours from 10pm - 7am.
No Parties: People who live in this neighborhood have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, there will be ABSOLUTELY no partying, no loud noise, and no smoking inside the house.
Surveillance cameras are on the exterior for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit to measure noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB).
At Hosts discretion, guests may be required to submit a photo ID and/or vehicle information for guest screening.
We do not provide linens for the couches.
There is no commercial photography allowed.
