The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

This place was very amazing and accommodating to my family, where everyone enjoyed themselves and their stay. I highly recommend this place. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Mr.Chris communicated very well. The place was beautiful and clean, it felt like home.
