* We have an extremely well behaved German Shepherd who is on the property -This is a room connected to a personal home.
*You have your own private room and bathroom there is no access to shared spaces. You do have access to the driveway and yard.

Loved the space. Having a water cooler, small frig, microwave & toaster along with dishes was a nice touch!
