Casual & unpretentious stay for up to 5 adults. Newly renovated creek & lakeside authentic circa 1860 farmhouse. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Walk to small lake access. Grill on the deck or dine in the screened in porch. Wifi included. Lake access (occasionally shared beach with owners for launching small vessels). Great fishing from our waterfront! Double kayak available for guest use! Close to Hammondsport & Keuka wine trail. Breweries, distilleries & Point of the Bluff concerts within minutes. Enjoy the best of the finger lakes!

The house and porch were not very clean. Kitchen unappealing to use. I didn’t spend much time in the house. The surrounding area is very nice. Spent lots of time boating on lake.

Beautiful old lake house , in a quiet private neighborhood. Great Lake access . Host is very friendly and easy to reach . Great place , had a wonderful time . Would definitely book it again .

Great location on Keuka lake, needs more TLC for the price point. Owners are renting out while the house is listed for sale. Some rooms have new paint and well decorated, but the others are not photographed. There is no gym, this must be a listing error. overall the house needs a good cleaning and refresh, as there were spiders and webs in every room and covering the porch. Recommend for those who do not plan to do a lot of cooking as we found dishwasher broken, kitchen sink low water pressure; fridge barely held food cold and melted ice cream, even at lowest temp setting. Bring your own measuring cups/spoons.Windows do not open. Fans and some ac window units provided. We were happy the weather stayed in 70s, as we could imagine it being quite uncomfortable in the summer heat.For those vigilant about safety: Worth noting that cell service is spotty and WiFi only, power outage will knock out your communications Locks on door could use an upgrade.
