On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with adjoining showerroom and toilet, the other bedroom are sharing a shower room and a separate toilet . Enjoy the convenience of WiFi and AC in the whole house.
You have an outdoor kitchen with dining space and a large meadow property at your disposal. Possibility to park several cars inside the completely fenced property.
A discreet year-round tenant lives in the villa's independent annex. He uses the same entrance to the property.
