Everything about the stay was perfect. While the house was still recovering from the hurricane the host and staff did everything possible to make our trip incredible. Couldn't recommend more!

We had a wonderful time at Caribbean Jewel Villa. We were a party of seven, myself and my husband, our college daughters, our grandson and his wife, and my mother-in-law. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality from Desmond and his staff. They made our stay one of the best we’ve had in Jamaica. Beverly‘s food was out of this world. Our driver Norman was so accommodating and such a lovely person. We miss Desmond already. He was such a beautiful person and so much fun to talk to.

I had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the kindness and effort of all the staff. Desmond made my birthday special with beautiful live music, Beverly’s food was very good, and the house staff kept everything clean and even decorated for my birthday. The gardener also keeps the grounds stunning—it’s a beautiful place with friendly staff! That said, I have a few suggestions: Transparency about costs. The 15% tip of the total stay amount should be listed upfront to help guests plan or choose another option. Grocery shopping. Daily trips with the butler cut into our time in Jamaica. Planning menus and collecting dietary restrictions before arrival could help streamline this. As well as invoicing for groceries afterward. Dietary restrictions. A few restrictions were missed—ensuring these are followed could improve the experience. It also felt like we were not allowed in the kitchen, and would often want a snack again later after dinner. We only had hot water for one day, and the TV only worked the last day once we fixed it. Clear instructions at the start would be helpful. Completed laundry was left in the wrong rooms and was only done on the last day. One planned meal wasn’t served. It’s a beautiful home with amazing staff, but some small adjustments could make it even better for the cost to feel worth it. Thank you again for making my birthday so special!
