About this house rental
- Relax in our spacious La Jolla home, designed for comfort and style just 10 minutes walking from Windansea Beach. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood near local cafés, groceries, and restaurants, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Enjoy sunny mornings on the deck, cozy evenings in the backyard with BBQ, and bikes to explore the best of San Diego.
- 3 Bedrooms for Everyone:
King suite with private bath
Queen bedroom
Fun bunk room — perfect for kids or extra guests
- 2.5 Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms (one en suite)
Convenient downstairs half-bath
- Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Cook with ease using new appliances and everything you need for family meals.
- Traveling with kids?
We’ve got you covered — crib, changing table, and toys available upon request.
- 2 Outdoor Spaces:
Front courtyard with a spacious deck for lounging
Private backyard with BBQ grill and dining area for alfresco dinners
- Featuring fresh floors, new bathrooms, updated ceilings, and bright, modern finishes — this inviting space is your home away from home. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor areas, this townhome is designed to make your family trip easy, comfortable, and memorable.
- Guests have access to the whole house and outdoor areas. The garage is used by the owners however, the guests will have access to a small area of the garage where the washer and dryer is housed.
- We are available via text and phone calls. If we are not traveling, then we live next door and you may knock on the door for anything urgent. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible so please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything!
- There is no AC in this house. La Jolla does not typically get unbearably hot as we have the breeze from the ocean, however if you are very heat sensitive please keep this in mind. We do have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. No parties allowed. This property is part of an HOA with lots of families living nearby so please keep noise levels respectful especially after 8pm.
