About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is nestled on a quiet street and conveniently located to shopping, casinos, McNeese State University, and more. You have access to the entire house except for the garage, bedroom 1 closet, and the master bedroom closet (adjacent to master bathroom/laundry room) will be locked. All tvs are smart tvs and you are welcome to login to your accounts. You have access to the bbq grill outside as well as the fire pit. No smoking inside the house. No parties/events of any kind. Quiet hours begin at 10pm every night.

My stay was very relaxing, comfortable from beginning to end. The check in process was smooth and the host Ms. Sasha was simply amazing. She communicated timely and ensured my stay was excellent!Also, the location was great..near grocery stores, great restaurants, and a well kept property as well as neighborhood. I love the peacefulness of the neighborhood. This property had all the amenities that I needed for my 9 day stay. I was actually impressed with the details of the amenities offered. I can not wait to rent again when in town. Thanks again for making my stay an Excellent one!!!

The house is very nice overall, but our stay could’ve gone better. We were inadvertently locked out of the property upon arrival, but the owner was very responsive and took care of the issue quickly. We did find that the house was pretty dirty overall, and there was zero clean plates or cutlery in the kitchen. We found empty sweet wrappers and old food underneath and behind both beds in the guest rooms, and the house was very short on towels. It was a great location, and overall it is a nice property.
