Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.During slow season from mid April to Memorial Day weekend and from October 1 to Thanksgiving, only one hot tub will be open. Second hot tub and pool will be closed. All will be open the rest of the year.
