Cleaning Protocols: As THE professional management company in The Berkshires we take pride in our professional cleaning standards between guests. We pay above the living wage & 100% of your cleaning fee is paid directly to the individual cleaner responsible for your property.
No pets of any kind allowed at this home. Emotional support animals are not allowed. By law service animals are allowed. If you are planning on bringing a service animal please reach out to us ahead of time so we can verify paperwork. If a pet is brought on the premises without alerting us the reservation will be cancelled.
To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. If either of these items are tampered with in any way guests will be alerted immediately and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the problem isn`t rectified.
There is space for parking cars in the driveway. Please note, road and driveway of the property are gravel / dirt. Make sure to have an AWD equipped car in the winter months.
As hosts, we generally like to abide by the golden rule. Treat our space well, and we`ll treat you well in return.

We highly recommend this peaceful Lakeside getaway at Goose Pond. The house with its lake views and accessibility was wonderful. The spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas were great! Having 3 full baths was a luxury. The location is perfect for boating and fishing, hiking and mountain biking, and taking in the sites and events at Tanglewood or Stockbridge and other surrounding towns. The host was readily available to answer any questions and very accommodating. We just rented in late October and look forward to visiting again next summer!

Had a very nice long weekend. Great location to visit some of the many wonderful attractions in the Berkshires and the house and property are great for spending time at as well. Very convenient from the Mass Pike. Loved the screened porch and deck and great views of the water from much of the house.
