Cleaning Protocols: As THE professional management company in The Berkshires we take pride in our professional cleaning standards between guests. We pay above the living wage & 100% of your cleaning fee is paid directly to the individual cleaner responsible for your property.
• Pets: Your cats and dogs are welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please include your pets in the booking so we know ahead of time. Max of 2 pets. No other types of animals are authorized.
To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area.
There is space for parking multiple cars in the driveway. A Level 2 high-speed electric car charger with a 25` cable, featuring both J1772 and NACS (Tesla) plugs, is in the garage for indoor or outdoor charging.
As hosts, we generally like to abide by the golden rule. Treat our space well, and we`ll treat you well in return.

The host was very accommodating. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. It has all the amenities you could want. The area is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, shops and near great attractions. Would definitely be a place to visit again.
