Welcome to an unforgettable active holiday in this exclusive 132 m² villa, built in 2016 and located in the Sports Institute area. This bright and modern two-storied villa combines high-quality facilities with a convenient location, just 85 km from Highway Kehä III.
The Eerikkilä Sport & Outdoor Resort area offers a wide variety of activities and services, whether you're into outdoor recreation, sports, or simply relaxing in nature. The nearby Ruostejärvi Nature Recreation Area is known for its clear waters and shallow sandy beach, ideal for swimming. You can reach the public beach by walking along a scenic lakeside path in just 15 minutes. There is also a private swimming spot approx. 150 meters from the villa.
The villa's ground floor features a spacious living room/kitchen, a separate WC, a utility room, a washroom with two showers and a WC, and an electric sauna. There are three bedrooms: two with two separate 80 cm wide beds, and one with a 120 cm wide bed. The open loft includes four 80 cm wide single beds.
