Two of the bedrooms and the lower level DO NOT have A/C. The master bedroom, living room do have A/C. The lower level does not need it, even in the hottest times.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- NO RENTERS UNDER 25 (unless they are children, part of a family)
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Great stay at the North Nook for Veterans Day weekend. House had plenty of room for three couple and had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the option of using the hot tub. We talked with our host a couple of times and they got right back to us. Would stay again.
