Welcome to On Deck, a brand-new luxury retreat polished to perfection with crisp, minimalist design and serene coastal elegance. Nestled within the exclusive gated community of Carillon Beach, this beautiful beach home comfortably accommodates up to eighteen guests and offers an ideal blend of sophistication, spaciousness, and laid-back beachfront living.
On the first floor of the main house, a serene bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bath. Nearby, a spacious lounge provides the perfect hangout space for children, complete with a large sectional sofa and a TV designed for cozy movie nights or quiet afternoons indoors. There is also a Queen over Queen Bunkbed, and a full guest bathroom is conveniently located next to this area.
Upstairs on the second floor, sweeping Gulf views take center stage. Nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with natural light. The chef’s kitchen features an oversized island with seating for four, while the adjacent dining space offers seating for seven. This floor also features two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. One of the rooms features a private balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool.
The third floor is anchored by the primary suite, where indulgence meets tranquility. The home is absolutely stunning. From the high ceilings to the luxury linens to the well stocked kitchen to the unbelievable panoramic view that includes the sunrise to the left and the sunset to the right... this is the place to stay. The staff was very fast to respond to any of our questions or concerns. Once we figured out the elevator, which is slightly finicky, our two grandmothers in their 80s were able to use it without any problem. We had two families staying with several teenagers and having both kitchens and two refrigerators over a holiday was invaluable. If you love to cook, this is the place for you. The location is super convenient and the community is beautiful. We enjoyed the on-site gift shop as well. If you have more than three vehicles, you may have to shuffle them around a little bit, but really not a big deal.

Great property. Very up-to-date and expensive looking. Great communication with managers. We had an A/C issue and even though it wasn't fixed until the end of our stay, there was someone there every day trying to fix it.

First off, The house is amazing! The all glass back on the main floor gives an amazing view. The house is furnished as nice as any home I have rented down there. The hosue was lacking is some simple things. Some the managment group took care of, some weren't. Within 30 minutes of checking in there was a blown fuse on the main floor that knocked out the tv and lights. This was a huge inconvenience on a fall Saturday with college football on. We did not get a call back from anyone until midmorning the next day. They were very quick to replace a broken coffee maker and get us a wine opener as there wasn't one in the house. The one I was shocked on was not being provided beach towels. I have rented a ton of houses on the beach with this being at the top end of those rentals, and every other one has provided beach towels. It doesn't make sense that people traveling are going to haul their beach towels with them. Other than those issues the houses is beautiful.
