PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa is located in a fully secured residential domain spanning 100 hectares in the hills above Mandelieu, with 24/7 surveillance.
Upon arrival: a covered parking area for one car and a closed garage for two more. From this level, access the main floor via a staircase or private elevator.
On the main level, the entry opens to a hall with a coat closet. The southwest-facing living room offers panoramic sea and hill views and a TV lounge.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee station. A large table accommodates eight guests for meals.
All living areas open onto a wraparound terrace, which leads to the tiered garden and pool.
Also on this level:
- A master suite with king-size bed (180x200 cm), walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink, and WC
- A separate WC
- A laundry room with washer and dryer
The lower level, accessible via the elevator or an external staircase, includes:
