KITCHEN - Coffeebar with a Keurig coffeemaker, no microwave
AMENITIES - Smart TV (guests need to bring their own login information for apps), WiFi, great location, newly renovated

- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
Please be aware that the building has a security camera that faces the front porch.

It was a bedroom inside of a house being used as a business. The walls were so paper thin you could hear the neighbors every word, cough, sneeze and the road noise was too much.
