Nestled in Las Terrenas, this delightful house offers a wonderful stay for guests. Perched on a hilltop overlooking Las Terrenas with a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding hills, HM House is a beautiful 4,000 m² property just 15 minutes from the beaches, the town center, and amenities. Access to this magnificent colonial-style house built with calm and wellbeing in mind is by a private guarded road. With 6 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, everyone will have a cozy spot to rest, ideal for 2 families. The property also features amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, AC, and an iron for convenience. Each of the 6 bathrooms is equipped with a shower for a refreshing start to the day. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
The large front gate leads to a large landscaped garden filled with exotic aromas and to the Villa. Built on 2 levels, HM House has a day area and 2 independent night areas :
- Day area: The central part of the Villa, measuring 170 m², comprises an American-style kitchen separated from the spacious living room and richly decorated dining room by a pink marble breakfast bar. This huge room, with electronic shutters, opens onto the terrace and infinity pool surrounded by a treated wooden deck, offering a breathtaking 180°panoramic view. To the left, there is a comfortably furnished TV den and library.
- Night areas: The pool is flanked on either side by 2 identical 140 m², two-storey buildings. Each building has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, with a hallway leading to the garden, the hills, and the ocean. The second floor houses the 70 m² suite with dressing room, bathroom, small living room, and fabulous terrace where you can enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings from the comfort of your sun lounge.
- Closed garage: for 6 vehicles. + 3 large storage rooms for various purposes - Laundry with washing machine and dryer - Technical room – gas-powered generator.
- Independent apartment: 60 m² – ideally for a gatekeeper – bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
