Downstairs sleeps 7 with a king bedroom and desk, a twin-over-full bunk bed (190 lb top / 325 lb bottom), a 2-man padded tent, and a TV room that doubles as a fifth bedroom with a full-size pull-out sofa and fold-out twin bed. There are two full bathrooms—one upstairs with a walk-in shower and one downstairs with a tub/shower combo. The main kitchen is fully stocked with double ovens, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig with pods, and cooking essentials. The lower-level kitchenette includes a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, and sink (no stove).
