About this apartment rental
A completely renovated, air-conditioned T2 in a Provencal villa in the middle of a pine forest of 3000 m2 with a large swimming pool (10.5x5.5 m²) that will delight everyone. Fenced land and dedicated parking.
The accommodation:
Past the door you arrive in a small hall. The staircase leads you to the first floor where the apartment of about 40 m² is very bright. A corridor leads:
- the living room with a small kitchen (2-burner gas hob, microwave, refrigerator) sofa bed, fan, large screen TV area, small work table (for those who would be forced to telework :)
- the independent bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned, large cupboards, fan for sleeping well,
- a shower room with walk-in shower, WC,
A terrace with a large south-facing parasol with partial sea view (30 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from the lake of St Cassien)
The entire apartment has been freshly renovated.
Traveller access
You have access to the entire apartment. You can go wherever you want on the grounds. You have full access to the pool that you only share with us... when we are there.
